You have the right to request the restriction of the processing by STARLITE of your   personal data and STARLITE will  proceed to the immediate restriction of their processing. If this is not possible, we will explain to you why we cannot restrict the processing of your PD. 

You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to  another body / organization and STARLITE will proceed to the immediate transmission of this data.  However, in some cases due to documented obligations of STARLITE, your request may not be accepted. 

In case it turns out that your personal data has been leaked by  STARLITE  resulting in material or non-material damage, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority).
